Welcome! I’m an independent clinical social worker licensed in Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, and Florida.
My specialties include treating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, stress, and navigating life transitions. I’m a certified EMDR practitioner and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant.
I began my counseling career after completing my MSW at The University of Vermont in 2007. I have provided treatment to adults, children, and groups for a broad range of issues. I currently provide individual therapy to adults, as well as individual and group provider consultation for EMDR certification.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, enjoying the lake, and spending time with my animal and human loved ones.

As an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, I provide consultation to EMDRIA trained clinicians who are working towards EMDRIA Certification, as well as to clinicians seeking professional development around the use of EMDR. I offer individual and group consultation. My consultation style is supportive and casual.

Group Consultation:
